When PB Tech business customers purchase equipment from us, full details are uploaded to the PB Tech customer, including device type (SKU), serial number, date purchased, warranty details and amount paid.
The portal effectively becomes an asset register for all equipment purchased by the customer over time and includes trending information around spending patterns over time. This information can be used by PB Tech to help our customers predict what they will need to spend and on what in the near future.
